A bit of history Since 2005, The Alternative School has developed an interesting crowd of highly educated alumni, generations of talent that have transformed the scene of Romanian creativity and made a buzz in fierce international contests. Our veterans are thriving in the creative capitals of the world, ranging from designers in New York & Rotterdam, storytellers in Stockholm, branding creators in Paris & Hamburg, innovators in London & Oslo, on their journey to transform modern communication. As one can easily imagine, we know a large spectrum of talent - various generations with diverse competencies - we know the market and we have a flair for matching the right people with the right companies, way beyond the hard skills layer. Or so our happy clients are saying. Nowadays, reputed agencies – from digital, branding to contemporary PR or full service – and clients – from FMCG to banking – are happily employing former alternative students that are highly competent, enjoying results in business growth and creative performance, while increasing good mood and collaborative spirit among teams.
How it works?
Do you represent a company and would like to have access to pre-screened talent profiles that can fit the organizational culture, the particular vibe of your tribe or match a specific expertise? Send the brief, sign the contract and enjoy the ride. The fee is the equivalent of one salary and a half. Half of the amount is payable upfront. 3 selected candidates matching your wants and needs meet the hiring team. The fee difference is paid one month after successfully employing the selected one. Examples of previous noteworthy matchings, recommending the right person at the right time, in the right place are available upon request.
