It’s the hunger to know first about the latest and the best that keeps this mayo firm, not the age. Anyone, regardless of seniority level, can attend.
An eclectic, passionate crowd has its perks: People learn from each other as much as from the speakers.
For those under 30 years old, Young Lions competitions are a plus.

At least one of the two has to be fluent in visual languages, for the briefs’ execution.
Ad, design, branding agencies' employees, marketers, strategists, copywriters, creative PR & all sorts of content creators, game developers or freelancers working in marcom & related industries.

The 3 briefs
Each on-line meeting is followed by short presentations & feedbacks on the first 2 briefs' ideas & executions.
The 3rd brief, to be solved in 24h, is provided by the end of the program.
Jury evaluation follows. A week later the Winners are announced.
Best teams qualifies for Cannes Lions.
Depending on the quality of the ideas, the solutions could be implemented. Other awards might be in order.
At #TheAlternativeSchool you work on real briefs, for real brand challenges, just as in real life or during the 24h YL competitions happening in Cannes.
