Why people should join Târgul de Cariere in 2024?

Maria Petruța: Târgul de Cariere is more than a series of recruitment and employer branding events, it's a state of mind! We love helping people achieve their goals and write their own story. Since 2006, we've been supporting the job market and bringing employers and candidates face to face, because it's so important to interact beyond a CV. Candidates have a better chance of getting hired and companies have a better chance of finding people who are truly suitable for the open jobs. Our events work on the win-win-win principle. We are glad to see that, over the years, Târgul de Cariere has gained so much notoriety in our country, but also in the Republic of Moldova, and people look forward to our events and see them as an amalgam of opportunities. Each season of events is attended by over 19,000 candidates and over 200 companies, which indicates that we are doing things properly. The confidence that people put in us motivates us to continue, to become better and better and more creative.

What is the mix giving your events a unique flavor?

Maria Petruța: We put a creative spin on everything we do. Through our events we aim to respond to the needs of the professional environment, but also to self-develop season after season, in order to provide participants with memorable experiences. Whether you are looking for a job, want to take the pulse of the professional environment, seek to attract talent to your company or increase your employer brand awareness, at Târgul de Cariere you take an important step towards achieving your goals. But Târgul de Cariere is more than that. Each time we try to come up with something interesting, so that the participants can take away something useful. We try to do this through special guests, workshops, conferences, career advising sessions, games, quizzes, contests. I think that's why Târgul de Cariere is so appreciated. What were the most successful experiences at the previous editions?

Maria Petruța: All the editions were wonderful experiences. We've met amazing people, contributed to fulfilling dreams and learned what we should do to become better. As I said before, Târgul de Cariere is more than just a recruitment and employer branding event, and we always aim to provide participants with great experiences. We go beyond the conventional and, over the years, we have hosted outstanding events. We have organized various conferences where we had top speakers. We also organized a career fair dedicated to the IT industry, Cluj Tech Society, which was a great success. Moreover, Digital Crusade, now the largest esports events organizer in Romania, was born at Târgul de Cariere. It all started with a daring idea put into practice at Târgul de Cariere and received with great enthusiasm by the participants. In addition, the positive feedback from participants is a real success for us. It's great to see people thanking you for helping them find the employees they are looking for or people thanking you for helping them find the suitable job. 

What do people find useful and relevant at this year's edition?

Maria Petruța: First of all, people find opportunities. Many companies from various industries will be participating in our events, offering thousands of jobs.
