Alexandra Chipăilă, Diana Oprea, and Ioana Halunga, three #TheAlternativeSchool veterans enjoying successful careers today, are evaluating the applications for the Roger Hatchuel Academy local selection, alongside Teodora Migdalovici, the School's founder.

Alexandra, Diana, and Ioana are all former graduates of #RogerHatchuelAcademy and have successfully blended their professional lives with their passions for arts in all shapes and sizes.
Alexandra Chipăilă currently works as a Communication Consultant at Rogalski Damaschin PR and, along with other friends, was involved in creating a successful NFT project. "In 2023 I was one of Romania's representatives at the Roger Hatchuel Academy during Cannes Lions, where I learned a lot, met people from all over the world, and, alongside 5 other creatives, won a competition launched by the UN. Not only was our idea appreciated, but the Chief Creative Officer of the United Nations expressed his interest in implementing the idea," said Alexandra, explaining the participation benefits for the applicants.
Ioana Halunga graduated from the Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan. She is a creative consultant across a complex range of UX domains (software, AI), digital product design, branding, or packaging for clients from Romania, Singapore, USA, Switzerland, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, but always manages to find time and platforms to express her artistic persona. She is a music composer, does video mapping, illustration and seamlessly blends digital techniques with analog ones. You can see her works in exhibitions, at festivals & concerts and of course, on Insta.
Diana Oprea is a copywriter and content creator, a career complemented expressively by her musician journey. Diana works for Radio Romania, but in her free time she is a composer and a jazz singer under the stage name Anadi. She successfully attended “Vocea Romaniei”, and her Academy application was also a musical piece. "As Anadi, I combine acting, comedy, and music, I am reconstructing famous jazz pieces, and composing original songs. The experience I had at the Roger Hatchuel Academy gave me confidence. I learned to listen to my creative voice and follow my path and that’s a lot when you are at the beginning of your career," said Diana, to be found at @whoisanadi.
